Wow wow congrats Deborah on being published...and love love the hat. The party sounds like wonderful memories!

Wonderful Hat Deborah :). I too use the mini misters & perfect pearls. I also add ink to them to get different colours again. So much fun playing around with them. As an added bonus when you use the ink in the mini misters you can change the colour of white/cream flowers & they look fantastic xoxoxoxoxo

Really good looking hat here Deborah, full of so many colors and details, it really shines and hope the party was the best!! How fun!

Cute hat! You can also use cheap hairspray and PearlEx if you don't have Perfect Pearls. The PearlEx doesn't have a binder in it like the PPearls so that's why you need to use the hairspray. I have several and they work great!

Wonderful hat card Deborah... pity you missed the deadline as it is a winner in my book... thanks for the instructions and the glimmer mist recipe. As thanks for Jackie's idea about the pearlex as that is what I have. Will try it in the water then spray with the hairspray.

Just found out today that if you spritz too much perfect pearl goodness on your paper, you can use a baby wipe to tone it down, it works like a charm when you get a little mister happy.
Your hat card is so sophisticated, just wonderful!

Gorgeous Hat! I am going to confess that I love my glimmer mists... But I do mix up some too! I used my re-inkers and pearls like paula. What a great inspiration Deborah and love the idea of a hat party for the kids.

WOw! Your card is fabulous! I love all those fancy details! And thanks for the recipe!
