Seeing you all what a great job you do with those cards and how beautiful they are, you are so creative and talented, makes me think to get started and try to make one to see if I have skills, I have a few ideas in my mind, I should give it a try.

Hi Deborah - and everyone:
I know how difficult and time consuming it is to put together card swaps (it's a rather long story, but back in 2004 I hosted swaps through a now defunct magazine message board).
Here's a thought/idea that might help:
We could use the Swap-bot website to set up our own group. The way Swap-Bot website is set up, the website will automatically do all the hard work, such as assigning partners, giving out addresses, etc., - with little work/time required from the swap host/hostess ( I have hosted some postcard swaps there already so I have some experience and would gladly host a first swap for our group to get it going ). We could set up a Flickr group to display the cards, or send them to someone with a blog to display ... I'm thinking this could work. What do you think, Deborah? Do you think this is something we, as a group, should pursue?
