It's Day Five of the week-long Blog Blitz at Outside the Box, the Memory Box Design Team's blog! We've been posting an average of three cards a day (morning, noon, and night) with a drawing at the end of each day from the day's comments - free and fabulous product goes to the winners!
I made two cards. For the first one, I was in the mood for some vintage, and this is what happened:
- Cardstock: (Kraft, Wassail) Memory Box
- Patterned Paper: (Valise collection) Memory Box
- Rubber stamps: (Wishing You a Happy Day) Memory Box
- Dye inks: (Walnut Stain, Espresso) Ranger Industries
- Pens: (Chocolate Zig Writer) EK Success
- Accents: (buttons) Basic Grey, Paper Trey Ink
- Fibers: (twine) Hempotique, (embroidery floss) DMC, (ribbon) Martha Stewart
- Dies: (Darla Butterfly) Memory Box
- Punches: EK Success
- Tools: (Vagabond) Sizzix, (Foam Ink Applicator tool) Ranger Industries, (border punch) Fiskars
I N S T R U C T I O N S:
- Make card from cardstock and ink edges.
- Cut patterned papers and Wassail panels, punch borders, layer and adhere to card.

- Stack and adhere to card: ribbon, butterfly, and buttons.
- Punch ticket, draw stitching, and ink edges.
- Stitch triangles with embroidery floss and adhere to card.
