Here's a card for somebody who needs some... big hugs!
The "frame" is actually part of a patterned paper and was a little too long (vertically) for my purposes. Near its bottom, I cut it in two, and then lopped off about 2" from the bottom of the top part of the frame. I realigned and attached both pieces to the base. The ribbon covers the seam.
PAPER: BoBunny, Basic Grey; STAMPS: Hero Arts (demonstrator set); INK: Ranger Distress Embossing, VersaFine; RIBBON: Offrey; OTHER: pearls, pop-dots, Stickles, Sparkle & Sprinkle embossing powder
Great idea to use that ribbon to hide the seam - why didn't I ever think of that! Love the way it turned out!

gorgeous card deb - i put it in my inspiration file. gigi's lunch notes are so cute too - a packet of them for a friend gift would be neat. love the colors for the september ccc and i'm so excited i will be getting a card from anette in norway. i emailed her last nite and discovered we both are avid mystery readers. small world. love the ccc! thanks for all u do.
