Last Saturday I hosted the Hero Arts Scramble, and it was a lot of fun! Thank you so much, everyone who participated!
Unfortunately, there was an erroneous rumor about my scramble being cancelled, so we didn't have as many participants as we would normally. I posted that I would do another "scramble" on my own blog at a later date to give more people another chance at a prize, so be watching for it!
At 6:00 p.m. EST I posted the challenge in the form of a poem inspired by June because that's so popular with brides:
You’ll need something blue in this Scramble for you,
And let’s have some stitching* ‘cause that’s so bewitching!
One last little thing is to bring on the bling,
Ninety minutes have you, so on with the shew!**
* Machine, hand, drawn, stamped, or rubbed.
**Channelling a little Ed Sullivan (hee-hee)!
This card does NOT have to be a wedding card.
The prizes were a digi kit from Hero Arts for one person and a surprise package from me for the other winner. (I don't want to say here what it was as I'd like for her to be surprised when she gets it, but I'm pretty sure she'll like it.) The winners were drawn randomly (by rolling a D'n'D die).
The winner of the digi kit was Linda van Vliet for this stunner:
And the winner of the little sumpin' sumpin' from me was Lucille K for this beauty:
My personal favorite was this bright beauty by my beloved Linny, (got enough alliteration in there?) but the die didn't roll in her favor:
These scrambles are really FUN, so you should definitely check out the Hero Arts Flickr Group Discussion Thread "Schedule 90-Minute Scramble Challenge" and have a go at the next one!
Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!

Love how you put the challenge in the form of a poem. The cards of the winners are beautiful and I also like Lin's card.
