I've been quiet for awhile because of an unfortunate run-in I had with a cheese grater when the knuckle of my index finger nearly became part of Taco Night. (You can see my latest bandage in the video.)
This must be one of the most painful and inconvenient places to slice a chunk of flesh off your body, because you never realize how much you bend your index finger until it makes your eyes water to do it. I had to manufacture a splint with miniature craft sticks!
So here's my first video of 2013 on my new YouTube channel: sosDeborah. I want to do more of them (soon as I find the battery charger for the camera).
I have a wonderful treat! Some wonderful ear candy (much better than my yapping) is provided by the fabulous Baguette Quartette! (They very graciously granted me permission, so HUGE thank you going out to Odile, Rachel, John, and Richard!!!)
I looooove their music and it sparks my creativity, so you should go to iTunes or visit BQ's site and grab a song or two - see how it affects your mojo!
The card is a variation of the one I made for the Hero Arts Hostess Hop two weeks ago (the prize drawing is coming up, btw).
What a pretty card--really enjoyed your video as well as the "knock-knock" joke and the French music... transported me back to Paris ♥ [sigh]

Thank you all so much for the love and support! Gigi is beyond thrilled that you love her favorite knock-knock joke, too. Everybody keep their fingers crossed that I find the battery charger ASAP (I don't EVEN want to think about how much they charge you for a replacement - no pun intended!)

The card, the wonderful music, your daughter's (assuming she's your daughter?) name...sigh. I was in Paris for a moment there. Thank you. My son Jesse used to have a million knock-knocks too. Now he has a million barely practiced magic tricks. : ) Tell her I loved her joke.

Ooooh, I love that background stamp more and more as I see you work with it! I almost didn't finish watching the video because I wanted to run upstairs to my craft room and start heat embossing and inking!!
