Today marks the kick-off of a week-long blog hop featuring the new 2014 stamps! We have five days of some major eye candy made by none other than those butt-kicking, name-taking, red-hot, card-making mamas known as the Hero Arts Hosti!
If you just arrived, I'm the first stop on the hop. If you want to see the introductory post at the Hero Arts blog, go here.
P R I Z E S:
In addition to seeing some great inspirational ideas, you have a chance to win some of this fabulous new product yourself! Hero Arts will be awarding prizes from randomly drawn blog comments, so leave a comment at every hop stop each day (including each day’s starting post at the Hero Club Blog) to better your chances of winning! Also, several of the Hosti are offering prizes on their blogs. (So there's loot to boot!)

T E C H N I Q U E I N S T R U C T I O N S:
The sentiment stamp on this card was stamped twice with two different inks to give it a 3-D feel. I think this can be a really effective technique on cards for the guys in your life. I like to stamp with the lighter ink first. When you stamp the second image, you can either eye-ball your stamp's placement or you can use a stamp positioner. Either way, just stamp the new image a little to the side and/or a little higher/lower than the original image. The resulting effect will depend on the distance and angles between the two images.
NEXT HOP STOP:
