It's my day to post on the Memory Box Design Team blog, Outside the Box, and I decided to play with a color palette that's a little outside my comfort zone, but I like the results!
The chalkboard look is very popular right now, although I wasn't trying for that at all - it just turned out to be a happy accident when Pan Pastel met the black cardstock. I'm interested in trying it again with different colors of Pan Pastels.

T I P
Use cheap hairspray (Hello, Aquanet!) to set the Pan Pastel and prevent it from smearing.
