Hi, all!
I just wanted y'all to know why I've been out of commission for the last few weeks. I had what we were told was pneumonia by the Convenient Care people (even lost my voice!) but which was re-diagnosed on Christmas Eve as a nasty case of bronchitus. I've been recovering, but it's amazing how much compromised lungs can bring you to your knees.
I've spent almost my entire holiday in bed and been strictly forbidden computer and Internet access for quite a bit of the time as this would prevent me from properly resting and recovering. (I love my doctor but I also hate him for knowing me so well.)
Tomorrow brings about the start of the new semester. I'm feeling more than a little stressed for a variety of excellent reasons; I'd share them but I'm too tired to go into all of it at present. Anyway, I'd be ever so grateful for some prayers!
Thank you for stopping and have a blessed day!
Deborah
Oh Deborah! I didn't realize you were sick so long. Hope you are better and the new semester goes well. I am sure it will as you are an excellent teacher. Hope to see you soon. Hugs.

My heart and prayers goes out to you. I know exactly how taxing it is - I lost April last year due to bad bronchitis. You can't breathe ... and it takes ages to recover. You can't rush this, so take it E A S Y and don't try and push yourself. Rest, rest, rest!

Hi Deborah, thinking of you and sending extra special gentle Hugz. Take care of yourself and do rest. These type of infections take a lot out of the body and it can be a long time before you feel 100% but some things you can't rush. Your doctor has not paid me to say this LOL. What's that thing about changing the things you can change, accepting the things you can't change and having the wisdom to know the difference. Relax, rest, don't stress, and I know there are lots of people sending positive thoughts and best wishes. I certainly am LOL Get well soon. Hugz
