The Hero Arts Hostesses have been busy playing, and today marks the kick-off of a three-day blog hop featuring the new 2015 goodies! As of today, you can purchase all of these products at Hero Arts!
This is the first stop on the hop, but if you want some more information about the hop and available prizes, Check out the introductory post at the Hero Arts blog.
P R I Z E S F R O M H E R O A R T S:
In addition to seeing some great inspirational ideas, Hero Arts will be awarding prizes from randomly drawn blog comments, so leave a comment at every stop each day (including each day’s starting post at the Hero Club Blog) to better your chances of winning! Also, several of the Hosti are offering prizes on their blogs. (So there are even more goodies to win!)
P R I Z E F R O M M E:
I'll be awarding this dramatic cling stamp from the 2015 Spring Catalog, Tropical Background (CG659), to a randomly drawn commenter:
Leave a comment here by 11:55 p.m., EST, on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, to be eligible to win the above stamp. I'll do a random drawing and announce it here on my blog on Friday, February 27.
I made a few cards (tossed quite the salad, you might say - pun intended). ;~D
S U P P L I E S:
STAMPS: Stamp Your Own Salad (CL833), Thanks (DC102); DIE: Thanks (DC102); PATTERNED PAPER: Garden Variety Mini-Deck (Cosmo Cricket); INK: Green Hills (Hero Arts), Key Lime (VersaMagic Chalk), Orange Zest (PTI)
T I P:
Stack three die cuts to make your own version of a chipboard element - it's a great way to create depth and dimension!
And here are two mini-cards; I like to use this 3.25" x 3.25" size when I'm gift-giving.
S U P P L I E S:
STAMPS: Stamp Your Own Salad (CL833), Envelope Pattern (S5507); PATTERNED PAPER: Garden Variety Mini-Deck (Cosmo Cricket); INK: Green Hills, Field Greens, Lime Green (Hero Arts), Rhubarb Stalks (Memento), Pinefeather (PTI); EMBELLISHMENTS: buttons, gems, hemp (Hemptique)
T I P:
The Cosmo Cricket patterned paper didn't come in a beet shade, so I used the Hero Arts Envelope Pattern background stamp along the side of my card instead. This stamp works great with the style of these veggie stamp drawings!
NEXT HOP STOP:
the one... the only... my super-talented, Rockin' Retreat Roomie...
Kelly Booth with Lovin' the Life I Color!
Thanks for stopping, and have a blessed day!
Deborah
