Hampton Art Card - All You Need

Hey there! How are things in your corner of the world? My corner is freezing cold and covered with snow and ice. Pretty to look at but not so fun to drive in!

Today's card features some fun goodies from Jillibean Soup.

S  U  P  P  L  I  E  S

Card Stock: camel; Patterned Paper and Pea Pod Parts: Fur Fusion Soup (Jillibean Soup); Accents: sequins (Jillibean Soup), gems (Kaiser Craft); Embossing Folder: Kitchen Weave (Cuttlebug); Tools: paper cutter, scoreboard, bone folder, Vagabond   

I  N  S  T  R  U  C  T  I  O  N  S

1. Make a 4.25” x 5.5” card base.
2. Cut 4" x 5.25" PP panel and adhere to card.
3. Cut slightly smaller panel of camel cardstock, dry emboss, and adhere.
4. Cut sentiment panel and adhere.
5. Adhere cat using foam dimensional tape.
6. Adhere sequins and gems.

T I P S

If you don't have a sewing machine, (or don't want to bother with using it) add stitching with a pen. I used a white pen for my stitches and a black pen as a "shadow." (You can get a more realistic effect by using a grey pen.) Apply the shadow consistently, though (below both horizontal lines and either right or left of the vertical lines). I used a template, but doing it freestyle is even easier!
